Do I have to pick one of your designs?

Not at all. You’re more than welcome to start from scratch. However, if you’re unsure, we can use one of our many designs as a starting point. This will help by showing us what you do and don’t like, so we can create something that suits you perfectly.

What if my block is sloping or an irregular shape?

No problem! We’ve worked with plenty of challenging blocks and always design every home to suit the land it’s built on. We also do a full site inspection and detailed survey before giving the green light, ensuring your home sits in the best possible position.

Can I make changes during the design process?

You sure can. That’s part of what makes building with us different! We’ll keep working with you through as many design revisions as you need until everything feels just right.

Will I know the full cost before I sign the contract?

Yes. We’re big believers in clarity and honesty from the very beginning. Before you sign off on your Building Contract, all costings with respect to your design , external, internal, flooring and electrical finishes will all be confirmed along with all clearly defined provisional allowances that have been noted previously in your Tender.

Do you handle council approvals?

Yes, we do. We have extensive experience working with multiple Councils throughout Sydney, which means we know exactly what we need to get started. We take care of the whole Council process, including managing all submissions, queries raised by Council and resubmissions if need be.

Can I be involved during the build?

We’ll invite you to the site at numerous key stages throughout the build to not only see the progress but have the final say on key decisions such as where light fittings will go and how the tiles in your home are set out.
