ABOUT THE KALLAROO 32
When you first enter this home you are greeted by spacious formal living room which cantilevers out to create the beautiful floating effect that you see on the facade. At the end of the hallway this home completely opens out to the living, kitchen and dining space with large windows and double sliding doors to lead out to the backyard. The kitchen is positioned facing out towards the rest of the indoor and outdoor entertaining areas making it perfect for hosting family dinners and parties. You will also find plenty of storage and preparation space with a second bench running along the side of the kitchen leading into the butlers pantry.
Upstairs features a functional floor plan that families are sure to enjoy. We have placed the generous sized master bedroom towards the back of the house which includes a spacious sized walk in robe and luxury ensuite complete with a double vanity. You will find the three remaining bedrooms are all of similar sizing which means no fighting when it comes to the kids choosing their rooms.
