Not at all. You’re more than welcome to start from scratch. However, if you’re unsure, we can use one of our many designs as a starting point. This will help by showing us what you do and don’t like, so we can tailor layouts, internal fixtures, and finishes to create something that suits you perfectly.

What if my block is sloping or an irregular shape?

No problem! We’ve worked with plenty of challenging blocksacross Sydney and always design every home to suit the land it’s built on. We assess all site conditions during a free site inspection or site visit, ensuring your new home design responds to the land, existing services, and any constraints such as significant trees or existing pools.

We also do a full site inspection and detailed survey before giving the green light, ensuring your home sits in the best possible position.

Can I make changes during the design process?

Will I know the full cost before I sign the contract?
